Lead HR, recruitment and payroll engine development for a global enterprise providing outsourced services in 120+ countries. Clients include Accenture, ExxonMobil, Uber, Adidas, Harvard University, IKEA, Mazda, Airbus and McLaren.

Lead 50 developers and team leads across development, payroll technology and compliance. Built the infrastructure from the ground up and manage all automation and machine learning.

Charging automation and monitoring for a NEStore thermal storage vessel. It works with a Victron solar and battery system and decides every 5 minutes whether to charge the vessel from solar, from the grid, or not at all.
